Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrayMarket (“the Site,” “the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use GrayMarket:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • Gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you reside.
  • You are not a citizen or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (defined below).
  • You are not accessing the Platform using any automated means, VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
  • You have not previously been banned or excluded from GrayMarket.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

GrayMarket does not accept players from the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such jurisdiction. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

You may only hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@graymarket.bet.
  • Verify your email address before making withdrawals.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in cryptocurrency. By using our payment services, you acknowledge:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. GrayMarket is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address.
  • We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) for any account, particularly before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.
  • Daily withdrawal limits apply. Withdrawals above $500 USD equivalent are subject to manual review.
  • GrayMarket reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
  • Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering through the Platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. GrayMarket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Abuse of bonuses (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or bonus cycling) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7. Provably Fair Gaming

GrayMarket offers provably fair games where outcomes can be independently verified using cryptographic hashes. While we strive to ensure fair gameplay, all gambling involves risk. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you may lose the entire wagered amount. Results are determined by server seeds and client seeds; GrayMarket does not manipulate outcomes.

8. Responsible Gambling

GrayMarket is committed to responsible gambling. We offer tools including deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please:

  • Use the self-exclusion feature in your account settings.
  • Contact organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous, BeGambleAware, or GamCare.
  • Contact us at support@graymarket.bet to have your account permanently closed.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the Platform or any game outcomes.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
  • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Post spam, offensive content, or misinformation in the live chat.
  • Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on GrayMarket, including but not limited to graphics, user interfaces, scripts, and software, is the property of GrayMarket and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrayMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GRAYMARKET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to GrayMarket support for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any funds remaining in compliant accounts at the time of termination due to our breach will be returned; funds in accounts terminated for rule violations may be forfeited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Certain jurisdictions may have mandatory consumer protection laws that apply regardless of the governing law clause.
